And he has the ability to support the Project Lead in the coordination
of general QA and release efforts.
I think Andre and Joost would be a good team.

I feel the project would be better served if I were to step down, and
let someone else lead QA. I just haven't had the time to do the project
justice. QA is a VERY important part of OOo.
