Thanks for the calculations. I think, thoses values are much to high. (But the top 5 five are quite correct). My experience is, that you can go through a full test for one plattform within 4 to 6 hrs. (The faster, the higher is the risk to miss some bugs). This includes time for cross checking IssueZilla.
The problem is, that only few volunteers are able to work 6hrs in a row for OOo. So we wold need to split the work. Using TCM might be helpfull here but that reminds me of some of your activity items :-(
