[qa-dev] A question about isuue 45593

I was wondering if anyone knew what it means when a issue is assigned to 
"requirements (requirements)".
Issue 45593 <http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=45593>'s 
status is "New" it was "Confirmed by votes" but I was wondering if it's 
actually getting worked on and if there is any procedure to try and get 
a issue expedited.

important to me, it's about the accuracy allowed with the unit inches, 
at this point only .01 even very simple things like an 1/8 inch  (.125") 
cannot be used.  I really don't know the code at all but it seems like 
it shouldn't be too hard to fix, I mean in millimeters there is also .01 
resolution, but this is equal to .0004" much more accurate.
   Sorry if this isn't the right place to post this, but I thought some 
of you might have some answers.
