Thank you for the links. I had some questions regarding handling defect issues: When it states "send message to the user", does that mean add a comment to IZ? (Is there ever a reason that contact should be made to a user outside of IZ? (If so, how?) For example, issue 54879, user states that the file cannot be posted on web, but he is willing to send the file to a developer directly... Issue 54878 (wondering why the "easter eggs" (hidden games) in Calc aren't localized) seems more like a request for enhancement. What should be done in this case? Change defect to enhancement? (since writing this question, the issue was closed and marked invalid, with the comment "We do not plan to do so". Do volunteers decide what features we plan to do, or was this one just obvious?) Issue 54875 states that the issues are a result of linking several 13+ MB files into Writer. Since these files cannot be uploaded, how can this issue be verified? I apologize for asking so many questions, I just want to get the hang of things... Joel
