Quick tests :

Screen magnifier seems to work OK :
- menus : OK
- typing text : font dependent, some fonts look very jaggy in the
magnifier, which does not help their readability

Haven't tried menu or context menu activation via GOK yet, although I
saw that it worked fine in Evolution.

Text to speech : unfortunately, doesn't seem to be working on my system,
even though in KDE KTTS works great, but not with OOo :-((

What would be nice would be to have voices other than American English.
Not much good for testing AT on a French locale based system :-((, but
not the fault of OOo as such.
