It does that, however, not randomly. I haven't been working with Issues for a rather long time, so I am not in a position to tell. However, my opininon is to resolve the Issue as WORKSFORME. If it is only one single person who experiences th problem then WORKSFORME is appropriate. If there are others as well, then the Issue can be reopened and then set to NEW.
