Sorry, this is indeed, what I'm doing. But I cannot assign new tests.
I just assigned you a new scenario... You can start testing Base on WinXP :)
You seem to have the same rights as I do.
What I did:
1. click on Test Assignment Mantenance
2. click on Project OpenOffice.org
3. click on Maintenance > Language on row 2.0.3 RC
4. add German
5. go one page back
6. click on Assignment by > Scenario on row 2.0.3
7. click on the number in the column Test Cases
8. add Andre...

Click on 2.0.3RC to see already assigned tests.
Ok .. this works and I can change the test assignments (I can even
change all assignements, even if theydo not belong to my localization).
But I cannot add new assignments (and that's what i need to do).
I can change assignments of other languages too. Not only NL or DE.
