here is the positive feedback of automated StarOffice testing on Release
Candidate 3 for OOo 2.0.4.
What is tested :
Version : StarOffice Update 4 Release Candidate 3
Build OOD680 m5, Build Id: 9074
Platform : Linux, Solaris Sparc, Solaris Intel, Win32
Languages : English (US), German, French, Italian, Netherlands,
Russian, Polish, Spanish, Swedish, Hungary, Brazilian
Portuguese, Korean, Japanese, Chinese (simplify), Chinese
(traditional)
Test : qa/qatesttool/script/unix/ooo_releasetests.sh
Test result: All tests show no showstopper tasks
StarOffice and OpenOffice.org (Sun provided builds) are based on the
same code line and are build in the same environment. Generally a sanity
check of the OpenOffice.org install sets should guarantee the same
quality of both builds.
Thorsten Bosbach will tag the TestTool scripts checkout with 'OOO204'
when the complete release is done. Until then use HEAD for SRC680 and
OOD680/2.0.4
