Could you please clarify which languages this localisation17
will be built with?
I believe StarOffice supported language versions must be
available, but how about other community driven translation language
versions?

I do not understand this process. Is there something we have to do in
order to test (go through QA process on) our translation?
Our initial news is that viOOo installs fine but displays only English,
bar one string in the Help menu. Not optimum for for a complete
translation in Vietnamese. We're trying to work out what happened.
