This is, because there are no tests assigned to you. Nomrally the
Manager of your localization would do that .. in this case, this is you.
So you first need to assign some test cases to yourself.
Unfortunateliy this is not documented yet :-(

Please try to assign some test to your (or another account) following
the description (and change it, if something is unclear).
