This is, because there are no tests assigned to you. Nomrally the
Manager of your localization would do that .. in this case, this is
you. So you first need to assign some test cases to yourself.
Sorry, this was not the correct reason. You actually had a test scenario
assigned, but the period of the localisation tests was over.
I have extended the period to 24.11.06.
