as soon as you have performed the testing and there are no show stoppers.
Since November 16th is the Last CWS integration deadline, I would
recommend you to complete TCM testing before that time so that in case
of show stoppers, we will be able to fix and integrate them into the master.
*Is "OOo release sanity" test enough for this?*
It is really a matter of time and quality:
If you don't have enough time to test, please perform the sanity check
test cases. If you can spend more time on testing in order to better
check the quality of you version, you can perform the complete set of
scenarios included in TCM. Apart from some Asian specific test
scenarios, the scenarios are language independent. Once finished you can
create a testing report, saying GO or NO GO.
