Qatrack and TCM are separated systems: TCM is used for testing, Qatrack
is used for release approvals. There is no interaction at the moment.

In general, there could be some interaction between Qatrack and TCM (and
IZ) but the different authentication systems make it harder. There are,
however, plans to implement some communication in Qatrack (links to TCM
reports, links to IZ).

The large number of untested builds is due to the tool being new. Just a
few QA leads decided to request access for OOo 2.0.4. We are seeing some
more for OOo 2.1, and more will gradually follow.

So if a build is marked as UNTESTED this doesn't mean that it has not
been tested at all; maybe it has, but the relevant NL project is not
using Qatrack yet.
