I cannot see any word "test" or QA test in the second instance, can you?
I mean you should probably use TCM, and this is a single, unified
process, not two processes. This is how I understood it: if there are no
stoppers discovered in TCM tests, or testtool tests, simply give a go to
the release process. But this is the first time anyone is doing full QA
for Polish builds, and I could be wrong about that.
We were not using TCM before but I wouldn't call that formal testing or
QA at all. This was just random checking of various features before
releasing unofficial builds.
