May be also write a line about when filling an issue about a bug found, developers are not connected to the TCM, so you need to describe all the steps to reproduce the bug and not point them to the test number, they won't understand what you're talking about.
Well, this is already covered in TCM info linked in the resources section, I guess everyone not familiar with TCM will start with it.
Anyway, what's the story behind the dead link to TCM(explained) there, Charles? Is that simply a mistake or you wish there was something more on TCM but not in the TCM entry on the wiki?
