Hi everyone :)
I got testtool all set up to run tonight, following Maho's
instructions, guessed where to put James' file, then ran it.
The Good News™
It ran. :)
Run the en-US version of testtool from ooo 2.0.3, this is the most
recent version of testtool that works on Mac OS X. Try running the
tests from there. If that works great. There are settings in the
'Extras' > 'Settings'.
The Bad News™
It finished after a few minutes.
Try using the scripts from
http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=71973
Rename the folder unix, in the scripts folder to unix-old, and copy
everything in to scripts folder that is in the zip attached to the
issue.
(I have checked the files out of cvs before doing the above changes
(and the ones mentioned in the issue).
I seem to get the error:
/Applications/OpenOffice.org 2.1.app/Contents/MacOS/program/soffice:
line 108: [: /System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Versions/
1.5.0/Home/../Libraries:/System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/
Versions/1.5.0/Home/lib:/Applications/ooo4test/OpenOffice.org: unary
operator expected
And the script stops. I don't know where the problem is coming from.
I am really not enjoying this, but I'm too stubborn to give up.
That's what I like to hear.
Take a look at the .res files in the testtool, they should/may give
you some more information.
