The process for the "root language" is the same but only the "super
manager" can do this. At the moment all current (and the former) QA
(co-)leads and some members of the Sun globalization team have access to
this account. But we have no process defined how to request a change.
Best way is to ask here at the list and give a correct english description.
But please have in mind, that single test cases should focus on small
tasks .. e.g. if a network installation is different from a local
installation, it is (imho) better to create a new test case.
