I was recently designated as qa-lead for our spanish native-lang

At our community we would like to see OO.org 2.1 get out of RC status,
and we are willing to work hard for that.
I've been lurking around some days on this list, to see what happened,
and if I could get a better understanding of QA processes. Maho's mail
was a really a big help on that. Also, I've spent some time on the Wiki,
looking for more info.
We would like to start testing on 2.1.0rc2, using TCM framework. I've
sent a mail to tcmrequest, but I couldn't get any answer. How do I get
an account on TCM site?
I would appreciate some orientation of more experienced qa-leads or
testers on what to test first. I've seen some mails on this list
explaining that Sun's engineering team conducts some tests on RC builds
for Sun's maintained languages (I suppose this includes spanish), and
because of that, IMHO some tests could be skipped. This is true, or not?
As Maho said, expect many, many questions from me. :-)
