The deadline is why we have to work fast on getting our workflows together.

The lists were based on the differences between OOo and BrOo as of
version 2.0.3 if I remember correctly. The idea of having a central
repository where NLC volunteers can work on is extremely appealing in
order to have a single translation for both OOo and BrOo.

As Rafaella pointed out, the first job was to sync the UI. We know,
however, that even the UI translation will evolve as new strings are
added and our users keep suggesting more appropriate terms and
expressions. I was very happy to see at G11 that the pt-BR style guide
already reflects most of what we have been discussing over the last
months.

With Caio as our new QA Lead, I hope that the process of refining the
translation (both the UI and the Help) will pick up speed. Especially
if we can provide our volunteers with a centralized server to handle
the translation.

Best regards and a great 2007.
