Actually, there is a "Release Sanity" scenario in TCM, which has created
exactly for that purpose.
To access this you need a TCM login and at least SQE role. You can then
go to Test Case Maintenance and see the test cases.
The other way to see the test cases is to have a MGR assigned a scenario
to you.
I did so for the guest user. Login to TCM as guest, pwd 123 and got to
Test result update.
