No. QATrack is also meant to be a replacement for the old "QA Status" page.

I think it would be useful to have a public overview of builds' release status, so everyone involved can keep track. Can we sync the results to a public, read-only HTML page?
As you discovered yourself, if you don't login with username and password the QATrack View page is exactly this. Actually, it is still dynamic (so it cannot be a drop-in replacement for the current Status page since PHP is not supported on the main OOo web site) and it needs better filtering (which is being worked on and will be available soon; speed will also increase as a consequence).
