BTW, is there any test case translation update policy? For example, when you change original (en-US) test case what happens with translated cases? In ideal world they need to be marked as fuzzy or the translations should be removed at all...
There is not such mechanism right now. (it would be enhance candidate in the future) When the source (English) is changed, then l10n version will be just out dated. So, it should be announced here if source descrption needs to be changed so that l10n version can be adjusted promptly by NL QA teams.
