I can see that this could be cumbersome if we had a lot of translations. That isn't happening yet, but we can hope. ;)
I would suggest links at the top of the page to sections for each language, but I don't know if the categorization software works that way.
Can you actually change what is listed by [Category], except by removing those tags from the page?
