For the second group there must not be an automatic translation
process by copying the strings from the OOo resources. They would then
still be equal in OOo and the test script but a change will not be
noticed. So these will be excluded from this process.
I would agree here, if translated strings (e.g. filter names) would be
covered by a specification. But actually they are not (but maybe I am
missing something). Without a spec, the "correct" string is the string
that has been provided by the translator. Not because it is correct by
definition but because it is the only source available.
But maybe someone working on translation could give a comment.
