I think most testers (at least most of them I know) do not and want not
to fumble with cvs. This basically is because most of them are no
developers and therefore not used to cvs.
This is especially true when it comes to rc testing, localization
testing and TCM testing.
But you can access the contents even without using CVS:
http://lxr.go-oo.org/source/qa/
So we could use the CVS to manage and we could just point a URL for it.
