Hi Nakata,

This is not automated at all, I have actually not heard of the feature.

It would be extremely nice to add this to QATrack as Maho does a lot of work to get a majority of the Mac OS X builds completed quickly. The only builds at the present time that are taking a long time are the Power PC builds and that is because of issues within the building process. Also, his and my PowerPC systems are slow.

I will make sure that "jjmkenzie" gets the BPR role, + all who has this role already. Joost will submit builds via his ADM role.

Thank you. BTW, my login is jjmckenzie. I used to be the en_US and Mac OS X test lead. I just have the resources to test both Intel and Power PC builds and the time to interpet them.

If anyone else needs this role, he/she will get it just by asking.

OpenOffice.org 2.5 will automate some of these tasks with invitation procedures. When it comes to new features, QATrack will of course develop in the direction of the Community's needs.

See my comments below about automating the process of adding Maho's Mac OS X builds. I think it would also be nice to add the FreeBSD builds as well.

Hi Per,

Who will do build submission to QATrack? Actually who should
have such right. I think - Joost may want to take
responsibility for GNU/Linux i386, Solaris (sparc, i386), Windows.
And I think MacOSX porting team should take care of Mac builds.
Yes, Mac Porting should. Shaun McDonald is the porting testing lead, I'm the lead for en_US (or was should I state). I have the resources to test both Intel and PowerPC builds (I have two Mac systems here and one of them is sitting idle.)

Is this process automated? I thought that a robot subscribes release@ ML and submit builds automatically.

Not the process is not automated. I have to go in and add your builds. Shaun has added quite a few as well. It would be nice to automate this process based upon the file name and have all of the builds you do added at one time after verification that they are indeed ready through your postings to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
