Ji Ming, when you test an issue, please login and add your information to it. For example:

___(If you follow those steps, and something else happens, you describe that.)
That way, the developers responsible for that component know someone else has tested the bug.
While this mailing list is a good place to discuss QA topics, the Issue Tracker is a better place to record information about each bug: that way, the information is available to everyone via the OpenOffice.org website, and it is arranged sequentially. Think of it more as a log file than a discussion. :)
