Isn't this just normal? Test sessions in TCM have a start and end date,
and you cannot assign tests out of those boundaries.

As you can see in one of the steps (the page where you click on the word
"Scenario"), tests for OOo 3.0 beta closed on 2008-06-13, while tests
for OOo 2.4.1 will close on 2008-08-01 and they are the only ones open
at the moment.

I, as the Italian QA lead, can now, as expected, assign tests for OOo
2.4.1 but not for OOo 3.0 beta.

Ah. I wasn't aware that the 3.0b test session would close before we had any other 3.0 session to replace it. This means we can't do any TCM testing for 3.0 during this period. Surely we want to continue testing, this close to release?
