This is the unofficial mascot for the OpenOffice.org QA Project. She's sitting on my bed right now. She doesn't actually do any work, but she looks cute. ;)

I'm learning how to test and to be an effective tester. It's my pleasure to confirm some issues .

That's very helpful. When you have tested some issues, please mention their issue numbers here, then I can give you some feedback on your work.

If I have enough time, I would actually like to do anything else I can do to promote the quality of software. Maybe, it's a big topic, but I'm serious.

The longest journey begins with a single step. :)

Start with testing some issues. That's a good place to learn more about the QA process. Also, make sure you have the latest OpenOffice.org build, and test some of the new features.

QA devs, do we have a wiki page on QA for 3.0 yet, which shows the new features we want tested? This page is possibly a little outdated, but it's a good place to start:

http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Feature_Freeze_Testing_3.0

but I remember we had a table with the new features needing testing, for previous releases.

Good good study, day day up!

"Day by day we learn and improve."

It is a good thing that we have all this fresh spirit and enthusiasm in the OpenOffice.org QA Project! :)
