Ecuse me for coming with this possible bug, but I am unsure what teh correct proceedure is.

I have been having major problems with accessing open office files particularily calc. I have attached a sample. I am almost 100% certain that it is a problem connected to the printer as, if I request a print, then I get the machine locking up for 10 to 15 minutes and the message attached appears. If I use xls translations, there is absolutely no problem, the file loads very swiftly and prints immediately. I am not sure whether this is a hardware related problem, but I think OO is trying to find the default printer, which exisits, but somehow gets lost. I have removed OO and reinstalled. I have even tried 3.1 with identical results. I am using an ASUS laptop F5RL under XP and have Zone Alarm Security Suite and AVG Rev 8 running, but switching them off makes no difference.

I do hope you and the team will be able to find a solution and that I am not causing you too much of a problem. I am a dedicated OO user and promote it as much as possible. Its great.
