I'm a bit confused.
I think that as cells can be empty, or with zero, or with a formula
which value is zero, one can chose to not show zero values.
But boolean can be FALSE or TRUE, and in the case above, FALSE will
never be displayed, we have to treat BOOLEAN format different from
numeric format, and in this case we will display the FALSE value.
I searched on issue and I think to open one, as enhancement, to discuss
in the QA and with developers this behavior.
