it would be *really* helpful if you could post what test created those
results and send me the result file from testtool so that I am able to
find out the problem and get it fixed in QUASTe.
I checked all our resultfiles and compared them with the results shown
in QUASTe and they are matching. Be sure I wouldn't post such important
things without being safe those results are true precisely because
QUASTe is still Beta.
I assume you checked all your result files and compared them with the
output of makesummry.pl to be sure the script works well too.
