Hi André, the problem has been identified and solved. In QUASTe database there is a possibility to disable testcases to ignore them for different reasons (outdated, invalid or whatever) For some unknown reason unfortunately this testcase 'tToolsOptionsImprovementProgram' was disabled (thats the issue) and therefor ignored by QUASTe (that's an absolute accurate behaviour). I set the flag for this testcase to a valid state and re-uploaded the mentioned resultfile. All errors and warnings occured are now correctly shown.
Btw. please do me a favour and contact me or the responsible engineer of an autotest[1] directly if you encounter any problems with the tooling in the future. This problem was solved within minutes and I think it's not worth to challenge the whole tooling as it works in majority of cases ( I would say 99%) . This does not help and unsettles the community members working with this tooling. Furthermore those problems had already been identified (#100235) and meanwhile fixed in CWS sw31fb08.
