The problem with this is that the data would be totally unreliable. Everybody submitting to an issue would need to manually add this keyword, too - something which won't happen, simply since you can't teach everybody to do this all the time. The more since keyword addition is not possible during submission, but only in a second step afterwards. If we had control over the IZ application running at collab.net, one could automate this, but ...
