The problem with this is that the data would be totally unreliable.
Everybody submitting to an issue would need to manually add this
keyword, too - something which won't happen, simply since you can't
teach everybody to do this all the time. The more since keyword addition
is not possible during submission, but only in a second step afterwards.
If we had control over the IZ application running at collab.net, one
could automate this, but ...
Yes of course it is necessary to do it automatically.
If that can't be done, it's not an option.
