In general - yes. 

There are some errors that only pop up ervey now and then - these are mostly 
timing or focus problems. This kind of problems has (from my experience) been 
reduced dramtically in the recent months.

But the problem still is, that *my* test results can only ber reproduced by 
*me* in *my* test environment. This has at least two very bad effects:

- fixing this problems is almost impossible, as nobody else can verifiy the 
problem (or the fix)

- spreading the work across volunteer community is hardly possible, as the 
"history" of test results is bound to one tester. So - no matter if you have 1 
or 1000 testers available - you always need to refere to the one who run the 
initial test series. (Or whoever likes to to automated test first needs to do 
her own test run to get a reference)
