I want to thank Mechtilde a lot, she was using the new alias extensively, and from my point of view this worked great. We identified lots of really INVALID issues [that is ones that do not appear even in (recent) go-oo any more], on the other hand, we found one that is suspected to happen in the vanilla OOo too, but just with very specific user settings that haven't been obvious from the original report. The Novell QA is following up on this one. I am not aware of any issue that would starve thanks to the lack of the attention, but if I overlooked something, I'll gladly clear that up. I'll be more than happy if the use of the alias continues.
