We do have those procedures documented on the homepage of QA: http://qa.openoffice.org/ First option is a document for beginners where we go on about explaining how to report bugs. We have many mailing lists, we do hear to feedback, however this feedback is not documented, it doesnt have a date or a responsible, we cant even pass it along to developers. Is just an email on the mailing list, to be able to "TRACK" these feedback is important for it to be put in the system with the right information. We need to have things (depending on the bug nature) a document that shows the issue, or at least a screenshot. Otherwise it's harder to reproduce from just a comment.
