Yes, thats what I liked. The feather adds some colour, some interest (and ties in with Apache) while overall the logo is not too 'busy'.
I'm not fond of the 'Q'. It reminds me of a request-reply call - the arrow goes out and comes back.
I often draw little symbols like that for threads or processes pulling things off queues, so I don't have any negative associations; however I suspect I'd be equally happy with many other 'Q's.
