The console will have an automated refresh system (QPID-1947 : its functionally
done, for addition later after some tweaks and resolving a largish layout issue
with the toolbar) allowing users to select frequency of updates. Additionally,
the main toolbar refresh button already allows the data to be refreshed and it
will be made more obvious thats what its for (theres a keyboard shortcut too
iirc).
