[jmx_mc_gso09] Queue Operations view needs a refresh button

The 'Operations' tab on the Queue does not have a refresh button.
This requires users to navigate away and back again for the content to change.
Having a refresh button or other form of updating would allow users not to need
to navigate away to refresh the contents.
