I was able to get the broker running inside my Equinox-based OSGi runtime
trimming off the Felix bits in the plug-in manager. It now supports
SecurityPluginActivator based plug-ins. When I go through the other plug-ins -
i.e. virtual host, exchange, etc - I see that they have different interfaces. I
think we need to come up with a unified plug-in implementation without worrying
about the application context.
