Resolution: Later
I was able to get Qpid to run inside my Equinox-based application with minimal
changes to the plug-in manger. So we now have a way to run Qpid inside another
OSGi runtime. Therefore we do not need to make the plug-in manger "OSGi free"
for the moment.
