The python package install issue appears to be fixed by these patches. The travis CI failure is a repeat of the test_51_link_route_proxy_configured (system_tests_edge_router.LinkRouteProxyTest) test timeout - not related to this fix. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
