Other than the issues mentioned related to clustering, I verified the c++ distribution builds ok (via autotools and cmake with clustering disabled), tests pass, broker starts, tests from python and ruby distributions pass against it, simple spout/drain tests between c++ and python work.
Haven't yet got java broker started and we don't seem to ship any java client examples in either qpid-java-0.8.tar.gz or qpid-java-client-0.8.tar.gz(?).
