Resolution: Invalid
I'm rejecting this Jira as it is incorrect, as many failover tests are working
properly on the java.0.10 profile.
Looking at Andrew's patches/branch, I believe the intention of the Jira was to
cast light on the problems with the firing of the exception listener during
failover under 0.10. I'll raise this as a separate Jira.
