The qpid trace analysis tool tracks transactional sessions and assigns a
generated transaction id to commands to help isolate transactional boundaries.
The tool incorrectly assigns these numbers based on the ordering seen on the
wire rather than on the MessageAccept commands that precede the TxCommit.
