Hi, folks. I've cut RC2 from revision 1418220 of our release branch.
You can get it here:

Chuck was fast and found a windows build failure in RC2 before I could
post this. Please give it a test in your own environment and tell us
what you find, good or bad.
There is one more scheduled RC before we vote. I'm endeavoring to
reduce delays and allow for a week of voting after RC3 before people
disappear until the new year, so if you have anything in mind for
0.20, don't delay.
Unfortunately the c++ distribution appears not to include the 1.0
related code. The simple way around this is I believe to have proton
available and enabled when creating the distribution.
As far as I can tell, that is what we rely on for other optional
modules(?). It would of course also be possible to bundle the source
even if dependencies are not available on the platform creating the
distribution. That would require some more work on the makefiles however.
Thoughts?
