The Qpid 0.20 code builds find for Fedora. However, the store export I
did (r4524) fails to build with the following error:

MessageStoreImpl.cpp: In member function 'void
mrg::msgstore::MessageStoreImpl::recoverMessages(mrg::msgstore::TxnCtxt&,
qpid::broker::RecoveryManager&, qpid::broker::RecoverableQueue::shared_ptr&,
mrg::msgstore::MessageStoreImpl::txn_list&,
mrg::msgstore::MessageStoreImpl::message_index&, long int&, long int&)':
MessageStoreImpl.cpp:985:22: error: 'class qpid::broker::RecoverableMessage'
has no member named 'computeExpiration'
