Currently the linearstore uses a default EFP with a file size of 2048k. The
following features need to be added to complete this functionality:
# Change the file structure of the store directory to allow for multiple
partitions and EFPs to be used (using links).
# Add extended queue attributes that allow per-queue selections of both
partition and EFP file size.
# Add a set of tests for this new functionality
# Provide a utility for the management of partitions and EFPs.
